Coronation Street
Kenny Doughty who played the part of the builder Jake in Coronation Street which was filmed in August has confirmed that he will back to play the character again at the end of the year.
The 30-year-old actor, Twittered;
“Pleased to say I’m going back for one more episode on Corrie! Yipee! Will keep nudging them for longer though as I love it on the Street!”
Jake was too appear in just six episodes of the soap which aired last week but producers were said to have been so pleased with his impact on the show they have offered him a further appearance in late December.
His first screening saw him hired by Dev to fix a leaking roof above the Kebab shop flat which is the home of Michelle Connor, but the barmaid had to rescue the ladies man after he was left hanging from the guttering, leading to a steamy encounter.
