Coronation Street
The Coronation Street actor John Thompson, who plays the part of Jesse Chadwick in the soap, has revealed that he and his wife Sam Sharp are expecting their second child.
The couple married in 2005 and have a 6-year-old daughter Olivia, born in 2002 and have since been trying for another child. After three failed attempts at IVF, they have managed to conceive naturally and are said to be overjoyed with the news that Sam is now three-months pregnant.
Thompson joined the cast of Coronation Street in October 2008, for a short stint of just three episodes before he was offered a permanent part in the ITV programme.
