Roxanne Pallett who plays Jo Sugden, is leaving Emmerdale later this year it has been revealed.
The actress and singer, first appeared in the ITV programme back in 2005 as Jo Stiles and later married Andy Sugden. Her latest storyline has seen her living as a battered wife abused by husband Andy.
It is thought she will end her career in Emmerdale in about six months as she wants to move to London and work on the West End stage.
The 25-year-old, was to leave the show last year but the producers talked her into staying for another year and gave her a great storyline.
