Gemma Bissix
Gemma Bissix left Hollyoaks in September 2007 when her character Clare Devine, was seen driving over a cliff. The actress not only won an award at the 2008 British Soap Awards for the ‘Spectacular Scene Of The Year’, but also the ‘Best Exit’.
Bissix then went onto play Clare Bates in Eastenders, a character she had played ten-years previously but left the BBC soap after just a few months after it was announced that she was returning to Hollyoaks.
She is appear back on the screen to tie-in with the departures of two of the big names in Hollyoaks, Jamie Lomas, who plays Warren Fox and Chris Fountain who plays Justin Burton.
The storyline revolves around the revenge she is determined to have on these two characters and is due to be screened in May.
