After three years, Janine Butcher makes a return to our screens. The Eastenders bad girl played by 26 year old, Charlie Brooks, arrives back in Walford for her father, Frank Butcher’s funeral.
Janinie is seen telling her step-mother, Pat Butcher, how much she appreciates all that Pat done for her as a child, but as always with Janine, there is that evil glint in her eye.
Janine was last seen being driven away in a car in 2005. She is seen leaving Albert Square after the court case collapses in which she was accused of murdering Barry Evans after she had seduced and convinced him to marry her.
This episode will be aired on Tuesday 1st April 2008.
