Marshall Lancaster
The actor Marshall Lancaster is returning to the streets of Weatherfield to retake his part as ‘Slug’, the boyfriend of Becky Granger, played by Katherine Kelly.
The 34-year-old will make his first appearance back in Coronation Street in June after last being seen abandoning his corrie girlfriend on the Moors as he made off with the car of Roy and Hayley Cropper.
Although he previously was only seen in a few of the episodes he is expecting a much longer stint this time around, especially as he can fit it in around the filming of the BBC drama ‘Ashes to Ashes’ where he plays DC Chris Skelton.
He will cause major chaos when he reappears, as the second wedding preperations for Becky and Steve McDonald are well and truly underway!
